Cold Water Ministry

Cold Water Ministry is an outreach of Westport Baptist Church which provides clothing to community members who are in need due to financial distress from loss of income or other circumstances. 

Clothing Closet

The Clothing Closet is filled with gently used children, women, & men’s clothing & shoes. At check-in, community members with a valid ID will receive a shopping bag for a donation of $2. Donated clothing is always welcome & can be dropped off at the donation station located at the side of the ministry building that faces the playground. 

Food Pantry

The Food Pantry is available by appointment only throughout the year & is stocked with donated non-perishable food items. During Thanksgiving & Christmas our volunteers deliver boxed donated food for those needing a meal. Community members who are in need, we ask that you contact the church office to schedule a delivery.

Closet hours: 1st Friday of every month, except July, from 9 AM to Noon
